The contracting authority will prioritise main roads and collector roads within the prescribed budget volume c.f. Appendix 6, Part 1 In addition, it may be necessary to carry out option works, c.f. the tender documentation, section 1.4.1., based on the submitted prices for the main tender and otherwise on the same terms. The contract value, including any options, is estimated at approx. 70 000 000 NOK.At the announcement of the competition, the prescribed budget is 30 000 000 NOK. There is as yet no knowledge about the size of any additional funding for the 2014 asphalt budget.Additional options beyond the prescribed budget will be exercised on the order of up to 5 000 000 NOK per option. The exercise of one or more options require additional appropriations.

Travel expenses etc. in connection with the tender conference are to be covered by the individual suppliers.
