The Ministry of Education and Research has commissioned the Directorate of Public Construction and Property to facilitate new construction/relocation of the Animal Production Experimental Centre (SHF) at the University in Ås. SHF is a central arena for education and research at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences, NMBU, in Ås and the Norwegian School of Veterinary Science (NVH), and shall facilitate livestock research and education on the traditional livestock breeds. A rational and environmentally friendly facility will be established, with a major focus on animal welfare.

It will also contain a cow-shed, piggery, cattle-barn and facilities for administration, workshop, research, education and study activities.In this competition, the following shall be procured: wheeled loaders, tractors and various agricultural equipment and machines.Tenderer shall provide sufficient user training. This should be included in the price. Training will occur at the place of use on delivery, and follow-up by appointment.Where required, the tenderer shall provide a technical review of the equipment for operation and maintenance to SHF's operating personnel. This should be included in the price.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The supplier is required to be a legally registered and established company.
Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have satisfactory economic execution ability. The size of the turnover will also be evaluated.
Comprehensive Annual Statement for the last Financial year including audit report. The Norwegian Directorate of Public Construction and Property retains the right to collect a credit rating for all tenderers.
Certificates for paid tax and VAT should be submitted. There is now a joint certificate available (RF-1316). The certificate can be ordered:
— By the user themselves, at Altinn – for both the organisation and person(s),
— On application to the Norwegian Tax Hotline,
— On application to the Tax Collector.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1. The supplier is required to have sufficient experience from assignments with comparative value.
2. Tenderer shall have at their disposal a service organisation with good capacity and expertise.
1. A description of approximately one A4 page should be delivered, pertaining to three reference projects of comparative value with information about:
— the project name,
— Contracting Authority,
— the assignment's contractual value excluding VAT,
— time for signing of contract,
— delivery time/duration of agreement.
2. Describe the service organisation's structure and expertise and provide an overview of the number of employees in the company that will execute/is dedicated to service assignments.
