The project is for the Kaarstad building at Volda University College (HVO). The contract is for construction and technical professions for the installation of ventilation installations in the Kaarstad building. An intake tower for supply air shall be established a short distance from the building. Technical rooms shall be established in the basement. Constructionally the work involves, amongst other things, making holes in and reinforcing supporting constructions. New ceilings and new lighting shall be established in parts of the building.A control plant shall be established for the new ventilation installations and this shall be connected to the existing control plant in the neighbouring building.Several initiatives will be included as options. Including, amongst other things, replacing windows, risers, radiators, radiator valves, control, floor coverings, painting work etc.Temporary teaching barracks for students shall be established as a part of the project. This will be carried out as a separate contract.Statsbygg has engaged a construction manager for follow-up of the work.The park to the south of the Kaarstad building is also grade 2 listed. The protection of the park includes terrain, vegetation, paths and other structures and individual architectonic elements such as steps and fence posts.Statsbygg Midt-Norge in Trondheim operates and manages the property where HVO has its premises.The Kaarstad building is the main building at HVO and dates from 1922. The building has, since its construction, been used as a school building and it currently houses teaching rooms, group rooms, toilets etc.The exterior of the Kaarstad building is grade 2 listed.The building has three floors + a basement (and loft). 1. Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered. Alternatively a StartBANK ID.

Tenderers are required to have satisfactory economic execution ability.
The extent of turnover will also be emphasised.
Complete annual financial statement for the last accounting year including the audit report. Alternatively a StartBANK ID.
Statsbygg reserves the right to carry out a credit appraisal of all the tenderers.
The 2 tax certificates and fee certificates shall be submitted:
— Tax certificate (tax, advanced payment, attachment of earnings, employer contributions),
— VAT certificate.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers are required to have sufficient experience from assignments with a transferable value to this project.
A description shall be provided, of approx. 1 A4 page per project, for up to 3 reference projects with a transferable value, with information on, amongst other things:
— The project name,
— contracting authority,
— the project's size in m² and cost,
— type of building,
— the assignment's contract value excluding VAT,
— type of contract,
— start-up date and completion date (year)/ if it has not been completed - where one is in the project.
