1. In order to get a uniform design of perimeter security in Oslo city, the Norwegian parliament and the Town Environment Department in Oslo municipality shall have a right, but not an obligation, to use the framework agreement for securing their installations.

2. Service contract.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

The tenderer is required to have a legally established company. A company registration certificate shall be enclosed.

Tax certificates: Two tax and fee certificates shall be submitted:

— Tax certificate (tax, advance tax deductions, attachment of earnings, payroll tax).

VAT certificate.

Tax certificate for tax and for VAT can be ordered at one place. Tenderers can either apply to their local tax collection office or tax office.

The certificates should not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline.

Tenderers with a registered office in an EEA country other than Norway must submit equivalent certificates in accordance with the procurement regulations §§ 20-12 (3).

HSE statement.

All tenderers must submit HSE declaration by the tender deadline. The declaration shall be in accordance with the attached form in the tender documents.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Secure financial ability to fulfil the contract.

Tenderers shall enclose extracts from the annual accounts for the last 3 years with the auditor's reports.

Statsbygg has the right to obtain a credit rating of the tenderer.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The company shall have proper qualifications. Tenderers shall enclose a list of comparable deliveries in recent years with information on:

the delivery's value, date and what the delivery included.
