Qualification requirements

The tenderer is required to have a legally established enterprise and sound ability to carry out the task

Documentation

Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the business is registered

Overview of the number of employees in the business, divided between administration and production

Tax information

Two tax certificates and fee certificates shall be submitted:

— Tax certificate (tax, advance tax deductions, attachment of earnings, employers contribution)

— VAT certificate

Tax certificate for tax and for VAT can be ordered at one place. Tenderers can either apply to their local tax collection office or tax office.

The certificates should not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline.

Tenderers with a registered office in another EEA country than Norway must submit equivalent certificates in accordance with the procurement regulations §§ 11.10 (3) and 20-12 (3).

HSE self-declaration

All tenderers must submit HSE self-declaration within the tender deadline. The self-declaration shall be in accordance with the attached form, see attachment in the tender documents. Tenderers registered in StartBANK can state their StartBANK ID or send in a copy of their StartBANK certificate of registry instead.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Qualification requirements

Experience is required from assignments with transfer value in regard to size and complexity.

It is required that the tenderer has an internal and external environmental profile, including a good and well functioning environmental system; i.e.: ISO 14001, EMAS, Environmental Lighthouse or equivalent, or be able to substantiate that the necessary environmental management system will be implemented during the contract period.

Documentation

Reference projects conducted during the last five years. With information on the size of the project, its value/nature, and date for execution, as well as the contracting authority.

The following shall be attached: copy of system certificate issued by accredited certification bodies, or equivalent documentation, copy of the table of contents in the tenderer's environmental management system. Including a brief description thereof.

If this is under establishment, a provisional table of contents should be submitted with an account of the intended system and confirmation of when this is expected to be implemented and certified/approved.»
