One of the characteristics of a framework agreement is that the concrete assignments and the volume of assignments are not concretised when the contract is signed. Call-offs will take place as and when the contracting authority's needs materialise. The Agency for urban environment has the operation and management responsibility for nine public swimming pools in Oslo. In addition to these, the Agency for urban environment is responsible for the procurement of chemicals for Linderud swimming pool, which will also be included in this contract. A complete list of the swimming pools and the delivery addresses are in the attached specifications.
