The need for new student places at Osloskolen will increase enormously over the next decade. The increase in the need for school places will present major challenges as regards establishing a sufficient number of student places in time. Expansion, construction of a new school facility and the conversion of existing school facilities from secondary school to primary school have been central strategic measures in increasing primary school capacity sufficiently rapidly. Due to the overall volume of the extension and restructuring, UDE, the department for school facilities, perceives a need to obtain external expertise in the field of calculation methodology and financial calculations in connection with the examination and estimation of various conceptual solutions for investment projects, and also in connection with the evaluation / compilation of tenders and tenancy agreements (and OPS leasing contracts).

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The term of the framework agreement will be 2 years. The contracting authority has the option to extend the agreement by a further 2 years (1 + 1 years) on verbatim terms. The agreement period will commence on signing of the framework agreement.
