Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(3) Requirement to submit declaration in accordance with Appendix 2 to the Regulations concerning HSE (National requirement).
(4) Requirement to submit a binding statement if the tenderer is a working partnership.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Documentation of equity is to be provided with the tender. Documentation of any significant changes to the tenderer's equity and solvency compared to the last auditor confirmed accounts must be enclosed with the tender.
Documentation of turnover for the last three years shall be enclosed with the tender.

Tenderers are required to have positive equity. If the tenderer is a working partnership, the requirement applies for each participant.
The tenderer's annual average turnover should be at least as large as the annual revenues the contract will generate.

The tenderer must have experience of work of the same nature and difficulty.
The tenderer is required to refer to references from relevant contracts that they themselves have carried out in a satisfactory manner.
Technical and professional competency and relevant experience is required of the key personnel who will be used for this assignment.
The average of the H1-value for the last three years should be lower than 10.
