Tromsø municipality shall enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of workwear and protective equipment for the municipality's service places. The contract is for 2 years with an option for an extension for 1 year at a time for a further 2 years.

A tax certificate is required (national requirement).

Information on the tenderer: Our annex 1 shall be filled in and enclosed with the tender. Tenderers are asked to give an orientation of their own organisation and the turnover to the extent that Tromsø municipality is able to get a correct picture of the company.

Registration certifiate in a professional register as mandated in the law in the country where the tenderer is established, e.g. the Brønnøysund Register Centre (company registration certificate), as well as any fixed classification for the register if this exists.

Certificate issued by a competent authority in the member country where the tenderer has his home country that confirms that the tenderer has fulfilled his obligations as regards the payment of…

… taxes (apply to the chief municipal treasurer for from RF-1244) in accordance with the laws in the country. The certificate must not be older than 6 months.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Finances: The company's (not the group's) last 2 annual accounts, as well as the turnover for the services included in the contract. This shall at a minimum include the board's report, the profit and loss accounts, the balance and notes. In addition we would like the auditor's report for the last 2 years to be enclosed.
