Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The duration of the contract is four years. The contract period is from 1.10.2013 through 1.10.2017. In addition, the Awarding Authority shall have the unilateral option to extend the contract for an additional 1+1+1+1 year(s).

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Overview of the company's total manpower.
(2) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).
(3) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(4) A description of the tools, plant or technical equipment available to the company for carrying out the contract (for works contracts).
(5) Other documentation required (please state below).
If the provider has subcontractors, these shall also qualify.
The subcontractors shall document compliance with the qualification requirements in section 3.2.
If the bidder relies on other suppliers' in terms of competence and capacity to be eligible, they must submit a completed declaration of commitment that confirms this relationship, refer to Appendix 5. The self-declaration must be signed by the subcontractor.
