Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) company registration certificate;
(2) value added tax certificate (National requirement);
(3) company tax certificate (National requirement);
(4) self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

(1) The company's most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts);
(2) a statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company;
(3) a description of the tools, plant or technical equipment available to the company for carrying out the contract (for works contracts).
Kontraktutførelse
Innskudd og garantier som kreves:
The service provider shall have sufficient insurances which cover the liability for the company/business.
The service provider is liable for any damages on plants and properties belonging to the Awarding Authority, private and third parties.
For the centre areas in Gol, bank guarantee or other approved guarantee shall be furnished which ensure that the service providers comply with the contractual obligations. Such guarantee shall be available within the date for contract signing, at the latest

Hovedfinansieringsvilkår og betalingsordninger og/eller henvisning til relevante bestemmelser som regulerer dem:
The tenderer shall be given as annual fixed price. Compensation for salaries, price increases, etc. shall be included in the price.
All prices shall be excluding VAT. In the invoice, VAT shall be specified. For all zones, except the zone for the centre of Gol, the annual contract amount shall be divided in 2 equal parts and be invoiced within 01.12. and 01.05. The annual contract amount for the centre of Gol shall be divided in 6 on accounts in the period from October to March
