Weapon loaders for the fighter jet F-16

Procurement of loading equipment for weapons (Aircraft Weapons Loader) for the strike fighter F-16. 6-9 units shall be procured with delivery 4(3) to the main Air Stations Ørland and 4(3) to Bodø and 1 to the Norwegian Air Force school centre Kjevik.
Tenders are to be given for 6, 8 and 9 units and shall be respectively with additional equipment, training, service and maintenance etc. The minimum requirement is presented in an attached specification, which is not included in this public notice.
Additional equipment: The contract shall include additional equipment for handling different types of bombs and missiles. The additional equipment is
rollars, holders etc. that are mounted on the loading table and support the weapon during manoeuvering.
The additional equipment shall at a minimum take care of operations with the weapon types that are listed in the specifications.
The lifetime for the weapon trucks shall be a minimum of 20 years with normal operation and maintenance. Suppliers/manufacturers
shall guarantee the delivery of spare parts for the lifetime of the weapons loader.
Spare parts scheme: The supplier shall provide proposals for a spare parts scheme for two years operation of six (6) or eight (8)
weapon trucks respectively. The basis shall be a maximum of 500 operational hours per unit per annum. The spare parts shall be codified,
preferably with a National/NATO Stock Number (NSN). For spare parts that are not codified with NSN data lists shall be provided in accordance
with the codification requirements in the "Special Contract Provisions" (SCP). The buyer will send the requirements that shall be put in SCP.
Training: The supplier shall carry out user training and maintenance training in the weapon truck at Ørland and Bodø main Air Stations.
The maintenance course shall cover 1st and 2nd line maintenance, including repairs at station level.
Export licence: The supplier is responsible for providing the export licence for the product from the country of manufacture if this
is a requirement from the country's authorities.
Acceptance test. The buyer reserves the right to a factory acceptance test (FAT) of the first unit(s) that are ready for dispatching from the manufacturer.
The FAT shall verify that the weapon truck is manufactured and delivered in accordance with the contract.
