Washing decontaminators for flexible endoscopes

The University Hospital of North Norway HF, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, requests tenders for the delivery of a new washing machine for scopes for the use at the University hospital of North Norway in both Harstad and Tromsø.
The old washing machines for scopes in the Operations Department in Tromsø and the medical polyclinic in Harstad are no longer profitable to repair and financing has been prepared for the purchase of 3 new units. In addition, we have the need for a new washing machine for scopes in our Operations Department in Harstad.
We are also looking to receive optional pricing for a new machine to HØR polyclinic in Tromsø, where the final funding has not yet been clarified.
The washing machines will be used for regular cleaning of scopes, where it is assumed disinfection with peracetic acid (PAA).
Bids on machines where glutaraldehyde (GA) is used will be rejected.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Overview of the company's total manpower.
(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(3) Other documentation required (please state below).
— An overview with a list of the technical personnel that will be given the disposal of and which could be used in such a delivery;
— Presentation of a valid certificate issued by a 3 party that shows that the relevant factory is ISO9001 certified.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
— Experience from similar assignments;
— Technical and professional competence in the undertaking on the offered equipment;
— The relievant factory shall be ISO9001 certified.
