The wage and personnel system shall be delivered as AN ASP delivery and must at a minimum cover the following processes: Time and hour registrations, wage negotiations, refunds, travel expenses, start/stop/change/wage, pension reports, administer relief workers and support persons, personnel file, recruitment, trial period, self certified sick leave, paid leave, competence mapping, course administration, personnel follow up and notices.
