UHF radios and equipment for smoke diving

Tender for smoke diving radios Vertex VX-924E, Savox PTT switch and related Invisio equipment.
Oslo Fire and Rescue Services, Nedre Romerike Fire and Rescue Services and Asker and Bærum Fire Department has undertaken a user survey. On the basis of this survey, Asker and Bærum Fire Department IKS invites suppliers to tender for smoke diving equipment co-operation.
We hereby request tenders for Vertex VX-924e smoke diving radios, Savox CC440/CC400 PTT switch, with and without raised PTT switch, Invisio M3 and M4 earplugs, Savox HC-E HELMET-COM and Invisio V60/X50.PTT switch. Price can be submitted for all or parts of the tender. Award authority retains the right to select all or parts of the received tenders.
Regarding the moulding of the earplugs, this must be done in Bekkestua Fire Station, or a central location in Asker and Bærum, during the week.
Suppliers must specify in their tender how they will implement the mould casting of the earplugs.
To be able to compare the tenders award authority requests prices for:
Smoke diving radios 50 x Vertex-924E with 1500 mAh batteries and UHF aerial
Extra batteries 50 x 1500 mAh
Charging stations 4 x 8 to 10 batteries
Keying switch 60 x Savox CC440. Alternatively Savox CC400.
Price requested for both alternatives.
Standard earplugs 30 x Invisio M3
Mould casted earplugs 130 x Invisio M4
Bone microphones 0 to 20 x Savox HC-E HELMET-COM
PTT switches for leaders 4 x Invisio V60 Alt. X50
Both PTT switches shall be set up for Tetra and Vertex VX-924e event. Mobile telephone.
Price requested for both alternatives.
Tenders can be submitted for all or parts of the supply. This allows suppliers to tender for lots. Equipment shall be tuned up against each other for the best possible sound.
Delivery dates must be stated in the tender.
Service and supplementary supplies must be stated in the tender.
