K1 Certificate of Registration. Requirements: Tenderers must be registered in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Documented by: Company registration certificate or equivalent from the provider's corresponding state.

K2 Tax Certificate VAT. Requirements: Tenderers shall submit tax certificates as evidence that taxes have been paid (or equivalent in accordance with practices in the country where the tenderer is registered).

The certificates should not be older than 6 months at tender deadline.

Documented by: Tax certificate (RF-1244 Issued by the Tax Commission) where the vendor has its head office and the tax collector in that county.

K3 Tax Certificate other taxes. Requirements: Tenderers shall submit tax certificates as evidence that taxes have been paid (or equivalent in accordance with practices in the country where the tenderer is registered).

Documented by: Tax certificate (RF-1244 Issued by the Tax Commission) where the supplier has its head office and the tax collector in that county.

K4 HSE statement. Requirements: Tenderers shall submit declaration of compliance with legal requirements in Norway for health and safety and environment.

Documented by: tenderer declares that he and the person or persons he represents, has procedures for the control of HSE for the activities included in the contract. This also confirms that the Goods are manufactured in accordance with ISO 14000 or EMAS.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

K5 Financial Statements. Requirements: Tenderers must demonstrate sufficient financial solvency. Documentation: The tenderer's audited financial statements for the last 3 years enclosed with the tender. (Last approved financial statements or equivalent may be included).

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

K6 capacity. Requirement: The tenderer shall demonstrate sufficient capacity to carry out the relevant tasks. Documented by: Reference list with an overview of the most important and relevant comparable contracts the tenderer has performed/ completed in the last five years shall be documented; including details of values, dates and names of Award authority with a reference person and phone number. The relevance of the references will be evaluated in relation to the scope and type of equipment. Specific References by: NLSH will also be taken into account; documented poor implementation capacity of previous deliveries to the Award authority may cause rejection of the supplier.

Alternatively, if the tenderer has existed as a legal entity less than one - 1 - year and does not have references from completed deliveries, the capacity can be demonstrated by attaching lists of tendered staffing for this specific delivery, with related documentation of technical qualifications for the relevant personnel.

K7 Professional competence. Requirements: Tenderers shall show competence of the appropriate equipment. Documented by: Description of the turnover for the relevant equipment.
