The municipality of Fauske, c/o the chief officer shall conduct a restricted tender procedure for the acquisition of a turnkey contract for the expansion/construction of the new Vestmyra School. The turnkey contract includes the designing and construction of the new Vestmyra School, grades 1-10, the outdoor - areas, etc. This shall include the existing school buildings for grades 1-4 which shall be rebuilt and linked to the new building. The turnkey contract includes the demolition of the existing school building (for grades 8-10) 5 480 m2. The demolition shall be performed after the new building is completed (refer also to section 7 - Fremdrift (Progress)). The new school's total gross area shall be approx 9 300 m2, of which the existing school buildings for grades 1-4 is approx. 1 700 m2. The plot for the school facility is in total approx. 42,5 acres and is located approx. 1 km north of Fauske city center. The address is Gymnasveien 12, 8207 Fauske. The construction area shall be assumed to stretch across over the farm-/user number: 103/1179 and 103/11. The building program and the tender documents(without illustrations) for the total contract is drawn up by an architect and consultants which the Awarding Authority has engaged for this assignment. The total contractor shall be responsible for all of the engineering and construction. Suggested solutions with drawings of the frame application - level shall be prepared by the turnkey contractor and submitted together with the tender in the next phase of the competition. The total contractor shall connect themselves to the suppliers, sub-contractors and designers which are needed. Please not that it is not possible to make an offer on individual parts of the asssignment. Contracting shall be made in accordance to NS 8407 with any changes that shall be in the tender documents shall be sent out to those who were pre-qualified to participate with this competition. The applicant / applicant groups must have a design group (ARK, RIV, RIE, RIB and RIBr and L-ARK) with experience with similar projects.
