A new auditorium shall be equipped and conditioned following the requirements laid down by the Planning and Building Act, Environment Act and FKOK. Undervisningsbygg has provided a solution for the structural work, ventilation engineering works, electrical works, automation, related to Building Management System (BMS) and other services to meet these requirements and Undervisningsbygg's wishes and requirements for the project. For the climate envelope the requirements are given as performance requirements. The price basis indicates an architectural solution to be implemented. It is assumed that the contractor has the necessary expertise in detailed design and fulfilment of the requirements stipulated within the architectural framework which the project specifies. The contractor may choose other solutions than those projected in the requirements imposed. These shall then be submitted to Undervisningsbygg at the latest by the deadline for receipt of tenders. Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
- Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 6 months, based on the most recent figures. The credit report must be submitted and shall contain figures for the last three financial years. The rating shall be performed by an approved credit rating agency. The Award authority reserves the right to obtain their own credit reference if necessary.

If the supplier for valid reasons is unable to prove their financial position in accordance with the above documentation requirements, the Award authority will consider other appropriate documentation.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: Financial capacity to undertake the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
- A list of assignments carried out during the past five years, together with certificates of satisfactory execution for the most important works. The certificates shall indicate the value of, and the time and place of work performance and indicate whether the works were carried out professionally and properly completed. Reference person should be provided and Undervisningsbygg is authorized to contact that person.

- An account of the supplier's average workforce and the number of employees in the administrative management over the last three years.
- Central approval or a statement that the firm/company is eligible for local approval.
- Certificate of the company's quality assurance/management system issued by independent bodies which certify that the supplier meets certain quality standards, such as ISO 9001:2002.
- The Award authority will also accept other evidence showing that the supplier has equivalent quality assurance measures.
