Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.

(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).

(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

The tenderer shall have orderly conditions in relation to company registration, taxes and VAT. The tenderer shall present a HSE self-declaration.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

(1) The company's most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures.

(2) Presentation of the company's annual accounts, or extracts thereof.

(3) Statement of the company's turnover, of relevance to this contract, for previous years.

(4) Other documentation required (please state below).

Documentation:

Credit appraisal/rating - not older than three months (from deadline for receipt of tenders). The appraisal/rating shall be based on the most recent known accounting figures. The rating shall be conducted by a publicly approved credit rating agency. The rating shall contain a definition of the scores the credit appraisal agency uses.

If a service provider has valid reasons as to why he cannot provide the requested documentation, he can document his economic and financial position by other documentation that the awarding authority can accept.

If found necessary, the Awarding Authority will request supplementing information. Compare the Public Procurement Regulations § 21-4.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The tenderer shall have financial capacity to implement the assignment/comply with the contractual obligations. It is therefore required that the company is worthy of credit.

— Lindorff score 3 or better/Experian score 30 or better/671 or better, D&B/Soliditet score A.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).

(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).

Considerable competence in the field and relevant experience from equivalent assignments are required.

The tenderer must have permission to provide insurance services in Norway, either by concession from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway, or by equivalent permission from country of origin. Border crossing activities must be registered at the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway.

Agent companies must be registered in the provider's agent register and documented in accordance with Act on insurance mediation.
