Antall eller omfang:
Transport and final treatment of approx. 130 tonnes hazardous waste per annum. Included in the price shall be approved packaging (open and sealed Intermediate Bulk Container, barrel with clamping ring/spons, pallets with internal plastic protection and frame) and transport from the Awarding Authority's premises to an approved final treatment plant.Most of the waste comes from private households which deliver hazardous waste to the Awarding Authority's plants. Quantity and composition of the waste may vary over time.Quantity of waste, composition and transport requirements in 2012 are described in the attached matrix. The total price evaluated in the tender shall be stated as a function of the tenderer's price per kg and the Awarding Authority's waste quantity and transport requirement in 2012.The unit prices given in the price matrix are to be considered as price list. Since the Awarding Authority occasionally also receives other waste fractions than those listed in the matrix, a complete pricelist shall be enclosed3 000 0004 000 000

Other types of hazardous waste than what is listed in the attached matrix may also be included in the agreement. The agreement period is 4 years with option for 1 year + 1 year prolongation

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)
(2) Company tax certificate (National requirement)
(3) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling: (1) Presentation of the company's annual accounts, or extracts thereof
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts)
(2) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy
(3) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
The tenderer shall describe the transport system, including degree of return transport, Euro class/environmental standard on lorries expected to be used, etc. Description of material recycling degree, energy recovery degree and other conditions in relation to the plant's environmental standard.

Upon request, the Awarding Authority can review and verify how the service provider safeguards health, safety and environment
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The service provider must have sufficient capacity to collect hazardous waste 2 weeks/10 work days after booking. The necessary personnel must have sufficient competence, course and certificates stated above.
Kontraktutførelse
Hovedfinansieringsvilkår og betalingsordninger og/eller henvisning til relevante bestemmelser som regulerer dem:
The prices are fixed in 2014 and 2015. This means that the first price adjustment is from 1.1.2016.
Credit days: to the end of the month + 30 days. Price adjustment:
Treatment - Statistics Norway's (SSB) consumer price index per October.
Transport - Statistics Norway's price index for 'long-haul transport, 3 axle vehicle with trailer' (per October). The prices shall be quoted in NOK.
Andre særlige vilkår:
It is preferred that the service providers are certified or qualified for certification for one or several of the following systems:
ISO 14001 or equivalent.
Eco-Lighthouse.
The EU flower.
The Swan Ecolabel.
The vehicle shall be in good technical condition and as a minimum have a Euro-4 engine. The Awarding Authority's service providers shall preferably be member of the Green Point Norway system, or shall substantiate that their suppliers and manufacturers of packaging are members.

The service provider shall have sufficient competence within the field. The organisation plan must be attached the tender and the competence to the key personnel must be documented.
The service provider must act in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations for the field. The service provider's key personnel as well as the transporter must be able communicate in Norwegian.
If electronic declaration is required during the agreement period, the service provider/tenderer must use the same system as the Awarding Authority or have a system compatible with the system chosen by the Awarding Authority.
