The Agency for Waste Management, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, requires transport and delivery of residue waste and paper from compactors or containers. The residue waste and paper shall be collected from given addresses in Oslo and delivered to treatment plants in Oslo. The average emptying frequency is 66 per month.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The contract period is from 01.04.2013 until 30.09.2014. Option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with 1 year + 1 years on identical conditions.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate;

(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement);

(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement);

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement);

Requirements:

1) The tenderer shall be a legally established company;

2) and 3) The tenderer shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes and VAT;

4) The tenderer shall present HSE self-declaration.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

1) The Awarding Authority will obtain a credit appraisal from Experian AS and this appraisal will be emphasised in connection with evaluation of fulfilment of the requirement.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder: 1) The tenderer shall have good creditworthiness.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts)

1) The tenderer's principal deliveries the previous 3 years, including values, dates and recipients/awarding authorities.

2) A description of the tenderer's total manpower. Organization plan shall be attached.

3) A brief description of the quality assurance system and the assignment shall be quality assured.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

1) Experience from corresponding assignment (i.e. experience from collection, transport and delivery of waste) is required.

2) Good implementation ability is required.

3) A high quality and efficient quality assurance system is required for the requested services.
