Tram in Bergen - Contract C23 Shelter

The delivery covers production and installation of shelters, furniture and equipment, railings and installation of electronic equipment.
The delivery shall be mounted at the tram's 7 stops, new bus terminal at Birkelandsskiftet and an associated terminal area at Flesland Airport. The delivery consists mainly of glass and steel, bearing steel structures, as well as ceilings, walls and railing screens in glass.
In 6 of the Tram stops 2 shelters shall be delivered with a length of approx. 17m. (14 modules of 120cm length). Each of the shelters will have 3 modules with the installation of electronic equipment, screens and ticket machines. Furthermore, 2 equivalent shelters shall be delivered to the new bus terminal in Birkelandsskiftet. Miscellaneous furniture and equipment will be delivered to the tram stop at the airport terminal, together with installation of equipment such as monitors and ticket machines.

Supplier's financial statements including and the management and auditor's reports for the last 2 years.
If the financial statements for the year have not been completed by the tender deadline, financial statements for 2011 and 2010 shall be submitted.
Award authority reserves the right to collect a credit rating from credit rating company Experian. Financial strength will be evaluated in relation to revenue, operating margin, solvency and liquidity.

— Description of the company's most relevant deliveries in the last 5 years,
— Description of how the supplier is organized for the implementation of this project. Using partners / subcontractors must be described,
— To the extent that any subcontractors will be used to qualify the supplier, this must be clearly identified and documentation must be presented as evidence that the subcontractor commands expertise in the particular area,
— Brief description of the supplier's quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company. Maximum description shall be 1 A4 page,
— Statement of capacity,
— Description of equipment/tools, storage facilities or any other available equipment with any relevance to the execution of this contract,
— Supplier must demonstrate that they are able to meet conditions to obtain local approval relating to the appropriate classes under the Planning and Building Acts. Central approval of the class action is considered sufficient information. If the supplier does not have central authentication they must fulfill the terms and conditions of the Planning and Building Act documented alternative.

— Supplier shall demonstrate how to best meet Bybanen Utbygging's aims regarding H1-value being equivalent to 0.
— Description of supplier's SHA policy including H1 and H2 values for all projects in the last 3 years. If supplier makes use of sub-suppliers their H1 and H2 values in the last 3 years must also be documented.
— Statement of supplier's implementation of the SHA policy for any sub-suppliers.
— Describe the system for recording and monitoring of adverse events (RUH).
— The contractor must account for the firm's practices / procedures for the fulfillment of the above environmental requirements.

Award authority reserves the right to limit the number of suppliers who will be eligible for participation in the allocation round. The number of participants who will be invited to tender will be limited to a minimum of 3 and maximum 5.
