Applies to the transport of matter from grates, sand and sludge from Høvringen and Ladehammeren sewage purification plants as well as the marketing and distribution of sludge to the agricultural sector and producers of growth soil with the use of sludge. In addition, shall the bidder receive parks and garden waste from the municipality of Trondheim.
Lot B:
Applies to the collection of swept masses, such as grit and street debris from sweepers in the municipality of Trondheim and regain the grit out of the received masses.

Antall eller omfang: - Transportation of approx. 450 tons/per year of sand and matter from grates;- Transportation of approx. 8,000 tons/per year of sewage sludge to a temporary storage facility;- Bidders shall have and operate its own temporary storage facility;- Responsible for knowledge about information and marketing for the agricultural sector;- Transportation of sludge to users;- Production of growth medium;- Receiving of parks and garden waste from the municipality of Trondheim.

Antall eller omfang: — Receipt of approx. 10,000 tons/year of grit and waste collected from sweeping masses from in Trondheim Municipality;— The bidder shall have an approved tilt/temporary storage facility that they operate, for potential masses;— Regain grit (2 - 6 mm) from received sweeping masses.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Foreign companies: Certificates issued by the competent authority from the bidder's home country certifying that the supplier has fulfilled obligations relating to taxes in accordance with the laws of the country where the supplier is established.

1. Requirements: The supplier shall have relevant and sufficient technical and professional qualifications to carry out the assignment in a satisfactory manner. This is documented by a list of the principal deliveries or services provided in the past three years. Common with all of the requirements for technical and professional qualifications:
Where the bidder relies on other companies for the necessary capacity and technical equipment, must this be a highlighted with statement from the relevant company which confirms that they are obliged to make the described capacity available.
If the bidder at the tender deadline does not fulfill all of the requirements for the technical and professional qualifications can the bidder explain how the requirements shall be met within the estimated startup of the contract. It is up to the Awarding Authority to consider whether the statement adequately substantiates the eligibility requirements will be fulfilled at the start of the contract.
