Strand kommune

The municipalities of Strand, Hjelmeland, Suldal and Sauda (RITS-municipalities) requests to establish a connection with a supplier for the delivery of new payroll - accounting and personnel management system. The Awarding Authority requests that the supplier provide a price on the following modes for the operation for the solution: 1.The Awarding Authority operates and maintains the hardware, operating systems and database 2. The supplier is responsible for updating the solution. The solution is placed in the Awarding Authority's offices 3. The supplier is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the entire system (ASP).
There is a strong focus on efficient work process's within the municipalities, and the new solution shall support this. The solution will be tightly integrated between the administrative systems and the professional systems within the municipalities, which will help eliminate double registrations and unnecessary work process's.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

The supplier must have good economic and financial strength in relation to its general overall business activities and in relation to the character of this acquisition. 1. The supplier must have experience from 5 similar assignments for Norwegian municipalities during the past 3 years and experience from a minimum of one municipal collaboration.
2. The supplier must have sufficient capability and capacity for this assignment.
3.A good and efficient quality assurance system is required for the performance that is to be delivered.
