The operation and maintenance contract for the electrical installations in Øst-Finnmark

The assignment includes the operations and maintenance activities related to an electrical installations, with the functional responsibility for some of the tasks, on and along the state highway and county roads, incl. walking and cycling routes, in the municipalities of Vadsø, Sør-Varanger, Tana, Porsanger, Karasjok, Nesseby, Lebesby, Båtsfjord, Berlevåg, Gamvik og Vardø in accordance with the object lists given in Section V-D2 and D2-S20. The geographical areas covered by the contract are shown in chapter D2-S1.
The work will be paid by a round sum for round sum processes, in accordance with amounts and unit prices for unit price processes and as day work in accordance with hourly rates for crew and machines.
The contract is for the period 2013-09-01 - 2018-08-31 for all the described assignments.
The awarding authority has an option to extend the contract for 12 months, from 2018-09-01 to 2019-08-31.

The contract is for routine inspections, checks, function testing and internal control, but also for periodic works, damage repairs, removal/replacement/installation of objects and other measures. The contract also includes inspection and registration, planning the activity, stand-by, documentation, reporting to the awarding authority and handling other assignemnts that are necessary.
The awarding authority will also have other operational/maintenance contracts on the same road network as covered by this contract. Statens vegvesesn can also carry out works in the area.
