The contract involves restoration/upgrading of all external facades, reroofing as well as elevation of attic/roof for the mid wing. The contract also includes replacement of existing windows in the mid wing's 4th and 5th floors. New external doors shall also be installed as well as establishment of new staircase and lift shaft in the courtyard facing the east wing and new staircase in the courtyard facing the mid wing.
The contract also includes establishment of technical rooms in the attic and in the U02 floor, constructional auxiliary works for technical disciplines, fire proofing and sound proofing for all contracts and outdoor works.

The entire credit rating report shall be enclosed and it shall include the key figures for the last 3 accounting years. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to obtain separate credit rating, if found necessary.

— An overview of the assignments executed the previous 5 years, with certificates showing satisfactory execution of the principal works. The works shall state the works' values, dates and locations and whether the works have been professionally and properly executed. Reference person should be stated and the Awarding Authority shall be authorised to contact the person concerned.

— Overview of contractor's average workforce and number of employees in the executive management during the previous 3 years.
— Central approval or statement that the contractor/company is qualified for local approval.
— References for up to 3 relevant projects implemented the previous 3 years, with information of the name, extent and completion date of each project.
— Certificate of the company's quality assurance system/management system issued by independent bodies which confirm that the contractor comply with certain qualification assurance standards, such as ISO 9001:2002.
