- Credit rating, not older than 6 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The entire credit rating report shall be enclosed and it shall include the key figures for the last 3 accounting years. The entire credit rating report shall be presented and shall contain key figures for the last 3 years. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to obtain separate credit rating, if found necessary.

If a tenderer for valid reasons cannot prove his financial position in accordance with the above listed documentation requirements, the Awarding Authority will assess other suitable documentation.

- An overview of the assignments executed the previous 5 years, with certificates showing satisfactory execution of the principal works. The works shall state the works' values, dates and locations and whether the works have been professionally and properly executed. Reference person should be stated and the Awarding Authority shall be authorised to contact the person concerned.

- Information of education and professional qualifications of the contractor's personnel and the contractor's executive management (competence matrix).
- Overview of contractor's average workforce and number of employees in the executive management during the previous 3 years.
— Central approval or statement that the contractor/company is qualified for local approval.
— References for up to 3 relevant projects implemented the previous 3 years, with information of the name, extent and completion date of each project.
- Certificate of the company's quality assurance system/management system issued by independent bodies which confirm that the contractor comply with certain qualification assurance standards, such as ISO 9001:2002.
- The Awarding Authority also accepts other documentation substantiating that the contractor has equivalent quality assurance measures.
- Statement of the existing routines or valid certificate from a third-party verified system (e.g. Eco-Lighthouse, ISO 14001, EMAS - Eco-Management and Audit Scheme).
