The Directorate of Fisheries - New business intelligence system

The Directorate of Fisheries' intention is to procure a standard ready developed business intelligence system; a joint information system that can be used by both internal and external users and cooperating organisations.
The system shall be able to be established quickly and made ready for the development of analyses, dashboards and reports.
We request software and not ready developed reports, analyses or dashboards as these will be developed after this procurement.
The system shall be able to extract data from our Oracle, MS-SQL databases and from spreadsheets and text files and publish this information. The system must not include technology for data integration and data quality.
Software is requested that shall be installed and run from the Directorate of Fisheries in Bergen.
Tenders are wanted for software licences and annual maintenance for the first year. This must include any adjoining licences for server software if this is required, as well as any costs connected to the installation of the software and connection to Windows AD.
The system must be sufficient and not a minimum system as regards the expected number of users. There are apprx. 450 employees in the Directorate of Fisheries. Our employees and our partners will use the system as an integrated part of our websites, and in addition on mobile units.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

The supplier shall have his tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order.
The supplier shall fulfil Norwegian HSE requirements for work carried out in Norway.
The supplier shall be a legally established company.

The supplier's annual accounts including notes with the board's and auditor's report for the last 2 years.
If the annual accounts for last year are not completed when the deadline for receipt of tenders expires, the provisional annual accounts for last year are also to be enclosed.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: The supplier shall have sufficient financia strength to fulfil the contract.

A short and general description shall be given of the company.
Certificates or self-descriptions from relevant contracts in the last 3 years shall be enclosed.
