The development of a environmental decisions registry

The Norwegian Environment Agency, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, would like to invite to a tender competition for entering into contracts for the development of a register of environmental decisions.
The environmental decisions register shall be a new electronic register for the publication of selected decisions on environmental issues. The environmental decisions register shall be established through the regulations that were adopted on June the 14th of 2013 pursuant to Act 19 established in June of 2009 number 100 relating to the the management of diversity of nature § 68. Further specific statutes shall be published in full text and the register shall contain its own mapping solution.
The Awarding Authority requests bids for the entire system development, including programming, map integration, integration of assumed external services, testing and the installation of the professional system. The installation location for the professional system shall be The Awarding Authority's offices in Trondheim.
