The County stage Østfold - Partnering contract

Thorough partnering contract for engineering design and execution of the county stage for Østfold at Kråkerøy in Fredrikstad. The partnering contract is divided in several stages. Stage 1; preparing preliminary project for reducing uncertainty and lay the foundation for final decision of realisation of the project. The project may be terminated subsequent to this stage. Stage 2 includes detailed engineering design and detailing. Stage 3 includes implementation, and stage 4 a test run/complaint phase. The construction project involves a Stage building with an area of approx. 4 950 m2 standing as an extension of one wing of Fredrikstad stadium.
