The construction of 132 kV power line Kanstadbotn - Kvitfossen

The assignment applies for the construction and purchase of materials for the new 132 kV power line from Kanstadbotn in the municipality of Lødingen to Kvitfossen in the municipality of Vågan. The assignment also includes the dismantling of the existing power line. In addition, the modification of the existing 22 kV power lines in the areas where it can come into conflict with the new 132 kV power line .
The power line is in total approx. 65 km long. The construction in 2012 amounted to approx. 0.9 km. This means that the product has a length of approx. 64.1 kilometers. All of the pylons, with the exception of the fjord tension pylons, consist of creosote impregnated wooden poles and galvanized steel traverse.
