If a supplier cannot prove his financial position in the accordance with the above mentioned documentation requirements due to valid reasons, the awarding authority will assess other suitable documentation.

— An overview of contracts carried out during the last 5 years, together with certificates of satisfactory execution for the most important works. The certificates shall state the work's value, and the date and place of the work and to what extent the works were properly and professionally carried out. A reference person ought to be given and Undervisningsbygg is given the authority to contact them,

— Information on education and professional qualifications at the contractor and the company's administrative management (competence matrix),
— An account of the contractor's average work strength and the number of employees in the administrative management during the last three years,
— Central certification or a statement that the company/entity is qualified for local certification,
— Provision of a reference for up to three relevant projects carried out in the last 3 years with information on the project's name, size and completion date,
— Certificate for the company's quality assurance system/control system issued by independent bodies that confirm that the contractor fulfils certain quality assurance standards, e.g. ISO 9001:2002,
— The awarding authority will also accept other documentation that proves that the contractor has equivalent quality assurance measures,
— Account of the existing routines or a valid certificate from a third party verified system (e.g. Miljøfyrtårn, ISO 14001, EMAS).

Competence shall be documented within:
— Methods for constructing buildings with the clean, dry building norm.
The contractor shall document that he has:

— Procedures to fulfil the contract in an environmentally responsible way.
