Øvre kirkelige fellesråd

The churches in Haug, Bakke and Fiskum shall be subject to external repairs with stage by stage implementation. The works with alterations of roofs and fittings are prioritized. The churches are either listed or worthy of preservation.
The Awarding Authority therefore requires contractors with special expertise and documentable experience from corresponding works executed on equivalent listed or worthy of preservation buildings. Initially, the Awarding Authority invites contractors to present their qualifications (prequalification documents attached this notice, are available for downloading).
Then 3 qualified tenderers for each discipline are invited to submit tenders.

Documentable experience from equivalent works on churches and/or other buildings worthy of preservation, as well as list of references of the 2-3 principal comparable works. See also the qualification documents.

The churches are listed or worthy of preservation. Repairs shall be based on repetition of original execution and methods. The Awarding Authority therefore requires contractors with special expertise and documentable experience from corresponding works executed on equivalent listed or worthy of preservation buildings. Competence and experience requirements are absolute. See also the prequalification documents.
