Trondheim Parkering, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, operates as a multi-faceted business within the parking sector, with an emphasis on parking and the associated supervision and control services. The Awarding Authority are committed to products and services that are of good quality and where users feel they receive value for money when they use their products.
The needs of the Awarding Authority can be described in the following way:
Cleaning of the parking garages / facilities and garages in accordance with the defined frequencies.
The selected supplier shall in many respects represent the Awarding Authority, and the Awarding Authority shall be concerned with the quality and services that are provided.
The Awarding Authority requests bids with a solution that meets the requirements described in the tender documents.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The options involves a unilateral right for the Awarding Authority to extend the agreement with the same terms. The option shall be released 6 months before the expiration of the contract.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement)
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)
Norwegian suppliers that are not liable for VAT payments must submit confirmation from the tax authorities regarding this (§ § 17-14). Use RF-1244.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(1) The company's most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures
(2) Presentation of the company's annual accounts, or extracts thereof
(3) Statement of the company's turnover, of relevance to this contract, for previous years
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Overview of the company's total manpower
(2) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts)
(3) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts)
(4) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
The company's environmental status shall be confirmed by completing the attached form. Environmental requirements for the company (§ 17 to 13.2) Refer to appendix 6.
