Larvik kommunale eiendom KF (LKE), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, is currently building a new 1-10 school with a family center in the city center of Larvik (Ahlefeldts gate). The school shall be designed for 500 students and 40-50 faculty and administration. The total group of buildings is approx. 6 000 m2. The building shall be in operation for the start of school in the autumn of 2014. The Awarding Authority invites in this connection to an open tender competition in connection with the acquisition of loose fixtures.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Other documentation required (please state below)
The supplier shall be a legally established company.
The supplier shall have orderly conditions with regard to tax and VAT payments. The supplier shall not have substantial arrears. Any arrears must be justified separately.
The supplier shall deliver an HSE self-declaration (refer to appendix 4).
Foreign companies: Remuneration that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the supplier is established.
Tax Certificate (tax certificate issued by the treasurer / municipal treasurer (Form RF.1244) not more than 6 months old.
Value added tax certificate (certificate of VAT paid issued by the tax (Form RF-1244) not more than 6 months old.
Foreign suppliers must submit certificates from the corresponding certificates in accordance to the Procurement Regulations § 20-12 (3).
Signed HSE Statement.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Credit appraisal / rating, not older than 1 year, and based on the most recent financial figures. The rating shall be performed by an approved credit rating agency.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The supplier shall have the financial capacity to complete the assignment / contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
A list of the 5 most relevant reference assignments from the past three years. Including information about the value, time period and the name of the recipient with the contact including contact information.
Description of procedures to ensure the implementation capacity and methods of quality assurance of the assignment.
The supplier shall submit copies of the system certificate issued by an accredited certification body or equivalent documentation, a copy of the contents in supplier's environmental management system, as well as a brief description. If this is under establishment it is requested that a preliminary table of contents is attached as well as an account of a planned system and confirmation of when this is expected to be implemented and certified / approved.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Good experience from similar assignments is required.
A good and efficient quality assurance system for the performance to be delivered is required.
Suppliers are required to have internal and external environmental profile, including a good and efficient environmental management system, ISO 14001, EMAS, Environmental Lighthouse or equivalent, or to be able to prove that the necessary environmental management system will be introduced during the contract period.
