Tender periodicals-Framework agreement-purchase/handling subscriptions,Norwegian/foreign periodicals

Høgskulen i Volda, Høgskolen i Ålesund, Høgskolen i Molde

The aim is to have a new and binding framework agreement for the purchase and handling of subscriptions for Norwegian and foreign periodicals. The periodicals shall be delivered in both printed and/or electronic format to the stated addresses. A framework agreement shall be signed with one supplier. The framework agreement will be for 2 years. The awarding authority shall have an option for an extension of the framework agreement for a further 2 years (1+1), to a maximum of 4 years.
The university colleges currently use the library system Bibsys. It shall be possible to do all routines (orders, reminders etc.) in the library system used by the university colleges at any time.
The framework agreement's total value is estimated to approx. 1 200 000 NOK per annum excluding VAT. This is relativly equally divided between the university colleges.
This is only an estimate and the amount purchased under the framework agreement can be more or less than the estimate. The estimate is not binding for the awarding authority.
The awarding authority has a total of approx. 657 current periodical titles. An overview of the periodical subscriptions is attached in the price list. This overview is to be seen as guiding, i.e. periodicals can be stopped in the period or new ones can be ordered.
