Stavanger kommune

Through this tender contest, the Awarding Authority wishes to enter into a contract regarding delivery of fireworks. The Awarding Authority wishes that all generations of the city's inhabitants can meet to joint fireworks in their respective districts when the New Year is entered into.

The contract period is for the New Year celebration in 2013/2014 and 2014/2015. Option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement for 2015/2016 on identical conditions.

The tenderer shall be a legally established company. The Awarding Authority requires that tenderer's wishing to participate in a trade index or other Register of Business Enterprises as specified in the country of establishment.

Documentation (e.g. company certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre) shall be attached the tender. The attached documentation shall not be older than 6 months from deadline for receipt of tenders

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

As documentation the Awarding Authority will obtain a credit rating from Experian (the Awarding Authority subscribes to services from Experian). Suppliers must at a minimum achieve a rating of "credit worthy".

The supplier is expected to be familiar with the registered information regarding the company and by submitting the tender, consent to the Awarding Authority to obtain the information and that this is to be the basis for assessment of the supplier‘s financial conditions.

If a supplier knows that the requirement regarding the financial ability to fulfil the contract cannot be met through a credit rating as stated above, the supplier can enclose other documentation with the tender that confirms that the financial ability is satisfactory.

If the Awarding Authority's credit information on each company does not include a credit rating, the Awarding Authority will try to cover its need for information in another way, either by assessing whether the financial ability is satisfactory based on other information that is available in the system from Experian or by obtaining other documentation.

In order to document this, a list shall be enclosed of the most important deliveries or performed services in the last three years, and this shall include information on:

— short description of contract

— size or value of the contracts;

— date (contract period);

— name of the customers and a short description of them;

— telephone number, e-mail address and the name of a contact person at the customers.

Relevant customers from the list can be contacted.

An overview shall be enclosed of manpower for this contract with CVs for key person who shall carry out the assignment.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Experience is required from minimum 3 equivalent assignments. A documented good ability to fulfil the contract is required.

Suppliers shall have the necessary capacity and competence to cover the need in the contract.
