The unit price contracts comprise asphalt work on national or county roads in Buskerud, Vestfold, Telemark, Aust-Agder and Vest-Agder counties. This procurement comprises 11 contracts with a total of approximately 240 000 tonnes of asphalt and milling of approximately 630 000 m2 asphalt.

Documentation of any significant change in supplier's equity and capital adequacy in relation to the last audited accounts shall be submitted with the tender.

Supplier's equity must be positive. If supplier is part of a working partnership, the requirement applies to each of the participants.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts)

(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past five years, with the values, dates and recipients (for works contracts)

(3) Other documentation required (please state below)

Suppliers who are newly established companies, and can therefore not produce references must offer an account of company setup and employees' skills, planned organisation for the assignment, and CVs of key personnel.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Suppliers must have the necessary skills and experience, both technical, professional, organisational and administrative. Suppliers must have experience from similar kind of work and degree of difficulty, and requires that supplier can show references to relevant contracts that he has completed in a satisfactory manner. Such documentation shall be submitted with the tender.
