(1) The company's most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures

(2) Presentation of the company's annual accounts, or extracts thereof

(3) Statement of the company's turnover, of relevance to this contract, for previous years

Documentation of any material changes in supplier's equity and financial position in relation to the last audited accounts must accompany the tender.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The tenderer must have positive equity. Documentation on this must accompany the tender. If the tenderer is working jointly the requirement applies to each of the participants. The tenderer's average annual turnover should be at least as large as the annual revenues the contract will generate.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts)

(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past five years, with the values, dates and recipients (for works contracts)

(3) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy

(4) Other documentation required (please state below)

Recently established companies and consequently unable to present references, must in the tender describe the company formation and the employees' competence, planned organisation in relation to the assignment and CVs for key personnel. The tender also contain a description on how the tenderer shall organise the implementation of the contract.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The tenderer shall have necessary technical, professional, organisational and administrational competence.

Technical and professional competence as well as relevant experience of the key personnel available for the assignment are required. Documentation thereof shall be enclosed the tender.

The tenderer shall have experience with works of corresponding nature and complexity and it is required that the tenderer can refer to references to relevant contracts, executed in a satisfactory manner.

This documentation shall be enclosed with the tender. The average H1 score for the previous 3 years should be lower than 15. If this score is higher, the tender shall contain information of the development tendency for the H1 score and possibly F score, as well as implemented improvement measures and documented effects of these.
