A new four lane motorway (E18) is being constructed by expanding the current two lane road with two new lanes on the west side, dimension class S9. The total length is approx. 24 km. The lot has, amongst other things, 4 environment tunnels and 8 new longitudinal bridges. This competition is for electro and SRO works.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established

(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)

(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement)

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)

If the tenderer is a working partnership, a statement of joint and several liability to the awarding authority and third parties shall be enclsoed with the tender.

Tenderers shall be registered in DSB's register of electro installers (The register of electrical companies) and PT's register of tele installers (Class TiA + RiA).

Foreign tenderers shall be registered in an equivalent register in their home country to the degree that it exists. The registration number shall be enclosed with the tender.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

(1) The company's most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures

(2) Presentation of the company's annual accounts, or extracts thereof

(3) Statement of the company's turnover, of relevance to this contract, for previous years

Documentation of any considerable changes in the tenderer's equity and solidity as regards the last auditor confirmed accounts shall be enclosed with the tender.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The tenderer's equity shall be positive. If a tenderer is a working partnership, the requirement applies to each participant. The tenderer's average annual turnover ought to be at least as large as the annual turnover generated by this contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts)

(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past five years, with the values, dates and recipients (for works contracts)

(3) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy

(4) Other documentation required (please state below)

Tenderers that are new established companies and who cannot provide references must give an account in the tender of the company formation and the employees' competence, planned organisation for the assignment and CVs for key persons.

The tender shall include an account of how the tenderer will organise this contract.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Tenderers shall have the necessary competence and experience, both technically, professionally, organisationally and administratively. Technical and professional competence is required as well as relevant experience of key persons that will be used for the assignment. Documentation of this shall be enclosed with the tender. Tenderers shall have experience from work of the same nature and degree of difficulty and tenderers are required to have references from relevant contracts where the work has been carried out satisfactorily. Such documentation shall be enclosed with the tender. The average H1-value for the last three (3) years ought to be lower than 15. If the H1-value is higher, an account shall be given of the development tendency for the H1-value and any F-value and any implemented improvement measures with the documented effect of them.
