This unit price contract consists of the renovation of county road 1+4 Nansetgata in Larvik. The stretch in Nansetgata is by itself approx. 1300 m long, but measures shall also be carried out in the side roads. (3) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

If the tenderer is a working partnership, a statement of joint and several liability to the awrarding authority and third party shall be enclosed with the tender.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

(1) The company's most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures.

(2) Presentation of the company's annual accounts, or extracts thereof.

(3) Statement of the company's turnover, of relevance to this contract, for previous years.

(4) Other documentation required (please state below).

Documentation of any significant changes in the tenderer's equity and solidity as regards the last auditor confirmed accounts shall be enclosed with the tender.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The tenderer's equity shall be positive. If a tenderer is a working partnership the requirement applies to each participant. The tenderer's average annual turnover ought to be at least at large as the annual turnover that will be generated by this contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).

(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past five years, with the values, dates and recipients (for works contracts).

(3) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.

(4) Other documentation required (please state below).

Tenderers that are newly established companies and that cannot enclose references must give an account in the tender of the company formation and the employees' competence, planned organisation for the contract and the CVs for key person. The tender shall include an account of how the tenderer will organise the implementation of the contract.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Tenderers shall have the necessary competence and experience, both technical, professional, organisational and administrative. Technical and professional competence is required as well as relevant experience in key persons who will be used for the contract. Documentation of this shall be enclosed with the tender. Tenderers shall have experience from work of the same nature and degree of difficulty and tenderers are required to refer to references for relevant contracts that they themselves have carried out in a satisfactory way. Such documentation shall be enclosed with the tender. The average H1 value for the last 3 years ought to be lower than 15. If it is higher, an account shall be given in the tender of the development tendency for the H1 value and any F value and any implemented improvement measures and the documented effect of these.
