AS Vinmonopolet

Vinmonopolet would like, via this contract, to outsource hosting and operation or our SAP, POS and e-commerce system. Vinmonopolet would like, through a new operational contract, to find a professional partner that offers us the correct services, have access to special competence and experience in the operation and maintenance of such systems.
The following four areas are subject to being outsourced:
1. Infrastructure hosting;
2. Technical application operation SAP;
3. Technical application operation POS;
3. Technical application e-commerce.
The services that shall be provided by the service provider shall be flexible, functional and cost efficient. Vinmonopolet would like a long term contract with a service provider that acts proactively as regards the services provided to Vinmonopolet.

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

The following documentation is required to prove that the requirements are fulfilled:

-Credit rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The credit rating shall be a so-called rating (include a credit rating, part judgement and historical rating) and it shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit institution (e.g: Dun & Bradstreet, Creditinform, Lindorff or equivalent institutions).

If a tenderer has valid reasons as to why the requested documentation cannot be presented, he can prove his economical and financial position with other documentation that Vinmonopolet can accept. If a tenderer has such a reason he can contact Vinmonopolet in writing to clarify which other documentation can be accepted.

The following documentation is required to prove that the requirements are fulfilled:

- Requirement 1: The company's most important relevant and comparable contracts/deliveries in the last five years, including a short description of the delivery, value, date and recipient/customer.

- Requirement 2: Description of the organisation, including the quality of the personnel and technical units for handling this type of contract. There are special requirements for special competence in the operation of SAP and accompanying underlying platforms as well as web-hosting, Oracle and web server operation.

- Requirement 3: An account of the company's quality assurance/control system, including which quality assurance standards the company fulfils.

- Requirement 1: Experience is required from equivalent contracts/deliveries.

- Requirement 2: A very good ability to fulfil the contract is required.

- Requirement 3: A good and well functioning quality assurance system is required.
