The acquisition of heating aid devices include hand and footwear for users with different medical conditions that impair the ability to maintain heat in these body parts. The current heating aids are made of fabrics with embedded heating wires and mounted rechargeable batteries. The users of these products are children and adults with varying activity levels and needs. The acquisition also includes various eletrical accessories and service customization, but not other forms of clothing. The agreement period shall be for a total of 4 years including options for an extension up to 2 years. The contract is divided into 15 independent lots (so-called product items) and each lot shall be awarded independent contracts. The acquisition includes that some items shall be assigned to parallel framework agreements and others only for a single framework agreement.
