The objective with this tender is to make a frame agreement on materiel that cover the Norwegian Armed Forces' need for telehandlers and equipment/parts. The trucks shall be used nationally and in international operations. By making a frame agreement, we wish to ensure fast delivery when the need arise in order to maintain the Norwegian Armed Forces' ability to quickly and efficiently start a mission or execute an assignment.
