Norwegian Patient Compensation shall enter into a framework agreement for tele services. Tele services here means only content services including landline telephony and mobile telephony to the awarding authority's office address in Wergelandsveien 1, Oslo, Norway and mobile telephony subscriptions with content for employees that have their mobile telephone covered by their employer. Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
A framework agreement shall be established for two years with an option for an extension of two times one year (2 + 1 + 1).

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

Credit rating from a publicly certified credit rating institution. The rating shall be based on the last known accounting figures with a statement of how the credit rating has developed in the last 3 years.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: The service provider shall have good financial capacity to fulfil the contract.

1. Description of the service provider's technical capacity and professional qualifications. As regards capacity, we would like a description of the relevant units at the service provider. As regards qualifications, we would like a short overview of general relevant competence at the service provider.

2. This is to be documented by a copy of a certificate issued by a certified official institute or body for quality control, or information on targets in accordance with the NS/ISO 9000 series or equivalent, as well as a short description of the quality assurance system.

3. Tenderer shall document this by enclosing documentation from the Norwegian Post and Telecommunications Authority.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1. A very good ability to fulfil the contract is required.
2. Tenderers shall have a good and well functioning quality assurance system.
3. Tenderers shall be registered as a tenderer of tele services at the Norwegian Post and Telecommunication Authority.
