This prequalification document involves prequalification for participation in the tender contest for consultant who shall conduct independent inspections of the following areas and in accordance with central regulations:
- Building physics including air density.
- Structural security.
- Geotechnics.
The following areas shall also be included and shall be in accordance with local/municipal requirements:
- Engineer geology (secure sections).
- Inspection of execution (Water and Sewage pipes larger than 150 mm).
- Universal design.
The Awarding Authority intends to enter into a framework agreement with one service provider for all of the above listed areas. The framework agreement period is 2 years with option for 1 year + 1 year prolongation.
It is a requirement that the tenderers have qualifications equivalent for achieving central approval
