System for notification to the population

Hias IKS

Hias IKS and the owner municipalities Hamar, Ringsaker, Stange and Løten, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, invite to a tender contest regarding purchase and maintenance of a map based system for notification of the population through voice mails or SMS. The objective of the procurement is to strengthen the preparedness and information to the municipalities' inhabitants, businesses and institutions, as well as appropriate authorities in connection with important incidents related to water and sewage service. The system shall primarily be used by the water and sewage departments, but also other departments in the municipalities may utilise the system for notification within their liability areas
