Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers shall have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the assignment. This is to be documented by an extended report from Bisnode http://www.soliditet.no/
The report shall be dated after this competition notice. If this is not enclosed, Abakus AS will obtain an extended report from Bisnode and use the information in the report for an assessment of the tenderer's economic and financial position. The information on the tender date will be used. A credit rating is required equal to or better than "A" or "AN" to participate in the competition.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers shall have an established quality assurance system. An account of the company's system for quality assurance, including health, environment and safety that is relevant for this contract, a copy of any certificates issued by a public quality assurance institution.

Tenderers shall have an environmental management sytsem in order to ensure a low impact on the environment when fulfilling the contract. Service providers shall document an environmental management system that at a minimum consists of routines for seeing to the following elements: The company's environmental targets and environment policy/strategy in the environment. The service must be provided in an environmentally responsible way, e.g. waste sorting and transport. A self-declaration can be enclosed that describes how the routines are carried out and how they function. If the routines are described in the company's quality assurance of environmental management system in accordance with Miljøfyrtårn, ISO 14001, EMAS or equivalent third party verified system, it is sufficient to enclose a valid certificate.
