Stavanger DPS, construction works for buildings including technical disciplines

The Stavanger Regional Health Authority HF shall unify all of their departments and hereby invites suppliers to the tender competition in connection with the construction of the Stavanger Region Psychiatric Centre, henceforth referred to as Stavanger DPS.
The existing project includes a 4 level building with a gross area of approx. 4 4500 m2 (6 070 m2, including the basement). The two first floors contain 24 hours departments with capacity for 15 residential units in each floor. The ground floor shall also containn unit for the ambulance service team (AME). The floors above will contain out-patients clinics, General Psychiatric Out-patients clinic in the second floor and Group out-patients clinic, in parts of the 2. floor and the entire 4. floor. The basement shall include a parking facility, technical rooms and changing rooms for employees.
The works shall be executed as divided contracts with the following segmentation:
B02 Foundation, concrete and outdoor works, including technical infrastructure-subject to contracting.
B03 Roofing.
B04 Steel works, stairs.
A05 Carpentry works and sunshading devices.
A06 Aluminium works.
A07 Painting and flooring.
V08 Piping and ventilation works.
E09 Electric power and tele-engineering.
E10 Lift - subject to contracting.
