Through the Regulations for wages and working conditions in public contracts, FOR 2008-02-08 # 112, the Awarding Authority is committed to place contractual requirements regarding the wages and working conditions in connection with service contracts and works contracts. The Awarding Authority shall therefore in accordance with these requirements make demands, including rights of access to information and possibilities for sanctions, concerning wages and working conditions for this contract.
Through the Regulations for wages and working conditions in public contracts, FOR 2008-02-08 # 112, the Awarding Authority is committed to place contractual requirements regarding the wages and working conditions in connection with service contracts and works contracts.
